SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: 16/09/2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Milagio processes, produces and delivers orders placed through milagio.com.

Milagio offers wall art and related products to customers in selected countries and regions through third-party production and fulfilment partners and independent delivery carriers.

The delivery information displayed during checkout forms part of the information provided to you before purchase.

1. DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

Milagio currently intends to offer delivery to selected destinations in:

  • European Union countries;

  • United Kingdom;

  • United States;

  • Canada;

  • Australia; and

  • New Zealand.

Additional destinations may be made available from time to time.

Delivery availability depends on the product, destination, fulfilment network, applicable regulations and carrier availability.

If Milagio cannot deliver a particular product to the address provided, the order may not be accepted or may be cancelled and refunded.

2. PRODUCTION AND FULFILMENT

Milagio products may be produced specifically following receipt of an order.

Production is performed by independent third-party production and fulfilment partners selected by Milagio.

Production time and delivery time are separate stages.

Accordingly:

Order → Production → Dispatch → Transit → Delivery

The estimated delivery timeframe shown on the product page, checkout or order confirmation may include both production and transit time.

Production may take longer during periods of unusually high demand, public holidays, seasonal periods, technical interruptions or other circumstances affecting the fulfilment network.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Milagio will provide an estimated delivery timeframe where reasonably available.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • destination country and region;

  • product type and size;

  • production time;

  • carrier service;

  • weekends and public holidays;

  • customs processing;

  • local delivery conditions;

  • remote or difficult-to-access destinations; and

  • circumstances outside Milagio's reasonable control.

Where a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed with you, that agreed date will apply subject to applicable law.

Milagio will not represent an estimated delivery date as guaranteed unless it has expressly stated that the date is guaranteed.

4. DELIVERY DEADLINES REQUIRED BY LAW

Nothing in this Policy removes any mandatory delivery deadline or remedy applicable under consumer law.

For EU consumer purchases, unless another delivery period has been specifically agreed, goods must generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.

If Milagio fails to deliver within the applicable agreed or statutory period, your rights will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

Where applicable law allows an additional reasonable period for delivery before cancellation, Milagio will be entitled to that period.

Where applicable law allows cancellation without granting an additional period, including where an agreed delivery date was essential and that fact was communicated to Milagio before the purchase, the applicable statutory remedy will apply.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs may vary according to:

  • destination;

  • product;

  • size and weight;

  • quantity ordered;

  • fulfilment location;

  • delivery service; and

  • other logistical factors.

Where more than one delivery option is available, the applicable delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

Milagio will not add undisclosed mandatory shipping charges after an order has been placed.

6. ORDER PROCESSING

After payment has been successfully authorised, your order will normally enter the production and fulfilment process.

You will normally receive an order confirmation by email.

Where available, you may subsequently receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information.

An order confirmation confirms receipt of your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has already been produced or dispatched.

Milagio reserves the right to cancel an order where, for example:

  • the selected product is unavailable;

  • the destination is outside the available delivery network;

  • a material pricing or product information error has occurred;

  • payment cannot be successfully processed;

  • fulfilment becomes impossible for reasons outside Milagio's reasonable control; or

  • applicable law prevents fulfilment of the order.

If Milagio cancels an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

7. TRACKING

Where the selected carrier provides tracking, tracking information may be sent to you by email or made available through the carrier.

Tracking information is provided for convenience and may not update immediately after dispatch.

A parcel may remain without a new tracking update for a period of time while moving between production, fulfilment, international transit, customs and local delivery facilities.

A lack of an immediate tracking update does not necessarily mean that a shipment has been lost.

8. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If an order contains multiple products, the products may be produced or dispatched separately.

This may occur because products:

  • require different production processes;

  • are produced at different fulfilment facilities;

  • have different sizes or packaging requirements; or

  • are available for dispatch at different times.

Where an order is shipped in multiple consignments, you may receive more than one tracking number and more than one delivery.

Milagio will not charge an additional shipping fee merely because an order is split into multiple shipments unless the additional charge was clearly disclosed and agreed at the time of purchase.

9. DELIVERY ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please carefully check:

  • recipient name;

  • street and building number;

  • apartment, unit or floor number;

  • postal code;

  • city;

  • country; and

  • any other information required for delivery.

Once an order has entered production or fulfilment, Milagio may be unable to change the delivery address.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the carrier is unable to complete delivery, Milagio may, where legally permitted, recover reasonable actual costs resulting from the failed delivery, including return-to-sender or re-delivery costs.

10. FAILED DELIVERY AND NON-COLLECTION

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps necessary to receive your order, including being available for delivery or collecting the parcel where the carrier provides a collection option.

If delivery fails because of circumstances attributable to you, including:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address;

  • refusal of delivery;

  • failure to collect the parcel;

  • failure to respond to carrier delivery requests; or

  • failure to pay charges that are legally payable by you,

Milagio may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, recover reasonable actual costs arising from the failed delivery.

Where an order is returned to Milagio or its fulfilment partner, any refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy and mandatory consumer law.

Milagio will not impose an arbitrary penalty solely because a delivery has failed.

11. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders delivered outside the country from which the product is dispatched, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges or other import-related charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable law.

Where such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge and are legally payable by the customer, the customer is responsible for paying them.

Milagio does not control the amount or timing of customs charges imposed by government authorities.

Customs processing may also delay delivery beyond the carrier's original estimated timeframe.

If you refuse delivery because you do not wish to pay applicable import charges, the shipment may be returned to the sender.

In such circumstances, Milagio may recover reasonable actual costs incurred as a result of the refusal or failed delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the purchase.

12. CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Milagio or its fulfilment partners may provide information to carriers or customs authorities that is required to process an international shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing any information reasonably required to complete customs clearance where applicable.

Milagio cannot guarantee that a particular product will be admitted into every destination country.

Certain products, materials, dimensions or delivery methods may be restricted in particular jurisdictions.

13. DELAYS

Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside Milagio's reasonable control, including:

  • severe weather;

  • natural disasters;

  • strikes or industrial action;

  • transport disruption;

  • customs delays;

  • carrier network disruption;

  • public health emergencies;

  • government restrictions;

  • war or civil unrest;

  • cyber incidents;

  • production or fulfilment network disruption;

  • unusually high seasonal demand; or

  • other events beyond Milagio's reasonable control.

Where such circumstances occur, Milagio will take reasonable steps to minimise the resulting delay.

However, Milagio does not guarantee that an estimated delivery date will be maintained in circumstances where delivery is affected by events outside its reasonable control.

Mandatory consumer rights concerning delayed or non-delivered orders remain unaffected.

14. LOST SHIPMENTS

If tracking indicates that a shipment has been lost or a delivery has not occurred within a reasonable period, Milagio may investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier or fulfilment partner.

Customers should contact Milagio at contact@milagio.com if they believe an order has not arrived.

Where Milagio is responsible under applicable law for the shipment, Milagio will provide the remedy required by law.

Milagio will not require a customer to bear the loss of a product merely because a carrier contracted by Milagio has lost the shipment before delivery.

15. DAMAGED PACKAGES OR PRODUCTS

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the product before disposing of any packaging materials.

If the product itself has been damaged during delivery, contact Milagio at:

contact@milagio.com

Please include:

  • order number;

  • photographs of the product;

  • photographs of the packaging;

  • photographs of any visible shipping damage; and

  • a brief description of the problem.

This information may be required to enable Milagio or its fulfilment partner to investigate the shipment and process an appropriate remedy.

You should not return a damaged product unless Milagio provides return instructions.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights relating to damaged or defective goods.

16. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

A shipment may be treated by the carrier as delivered when its tracking system records delivery to the applicable delivery address or an authorised delivery location.

If you believe a parcel has been incorrectly marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact Milagio promptly so that the shipment can be investigated.

Where the carrier has delivered the parcel to a location or person authorised by you, Milagio may rely on the carrier's delivery records when investigating the matter, subject always to applicable consumer law.

17. DELIVERY TO THIRD PARTIES

If you request or authorise delivery to a third party, including a neighbour, reception desk, concierge, workplace or other designated recipient, you are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is authorised to receive the parcel on your behalf.

This does not limit any statutory rights that apply where delivery has not legally taken place.

18. CHANGES AFTER DISPATCH

Once a shipment has been dispatched, Milagio may be unable to modify:

  • the delivery address;

  • delivery method;

  • delivery date;

  • recipient details; or

  • other shipping instructions.

Any carrier-requested modification may be subject to the carrier's own terms, restrictions or charges.

Milagio cannot guarantee that a requested change will be possible after dispatch.

19. DELIVERY TO REMOTE OR RESTRICTED LOCATIONS

Additional delivery time or charges may apply to remote areas, islands, territories, military addresses, PO boxes or locations subject to carrier restrictions.

Where Milagio is unable to deliver to a particular address, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Where an additional delivery charge is required and has not already been included in the order price, Milagio will not impose that charge without obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

20. PRODUCTS REQUIRING SPECIAL HANDLING

Certain large-format or framed wall-art products may require specialised packaging, handling or carrier services.

For such products, delivery may take longer than for smaller products.

Where the product page or checkout provides a specific estimated delivery period, that information should be considered together with this Policy and the applicable order confirmation.

21. DELIVERY AND RISK

Where Milagio or its fulfilment partner arranges delivery, responsibility for loss or damage during transportation remains with Milagio until the product is delivered to you or otherwise legally transferred to you.

For EU consumer transactions, the seller bears the risk of damage occurring during delivery where the seller arranged the carrier.

This does not apply where the customer independently arranges a carrier that was not offered by Milagio, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. RECEIVING AND INSPECTING YOUR ORDER

We recommend that you inspect your order reasonably promptly after delivery.

If the packaging appears damaged, photograph it before opening the package where practical.

If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, contact Milagio as soon as reasonably possible.

Prompt notification helps Milagio investigate the matter efficiently, but failure to notify Milagio immediately does not remove any mandatory statutory rights.

23. DELIVERY INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT

Before completing an order, customers will be provided with the delivery options, applicable shipping costs and available delivery information relevant to the order.

The information presented at checkout may vary depending on:

  • destination;

  • product;

  • quantity;

  • size;

  • fulfilment location; and

  • available carrier services.

The information shown for your specific order at checkout and in your order confirmation should therefore be treated as the most relevant delivery information for that purchase.

24. CONTACT

For questions concerning an order or delivery, contact:

contact@milagio.com

Please include your order number whenever contacting Milagio about an existing order.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any mandatory consumer right applicable to your purchase.

Where the law of the country in which you are resident provides additional or stronger consumer protections, those protections continue to apply.
